EDRhub was founded by Antonia Jenkins, in response to the need for training EARLY response to conflict. She has a great interest in community building, peace making and equipping people with the tools necessary to navigate safely through conflict, avoiding the extreme stress that entrenched conflict cause on the individuals involved . She works closely with associates Irene Grindell and Brendan Schütte to provide be-spoke professional services. The training they offers benefit both community and business leaders, and together they form a highly experienced and well-rounded team of trainers.
An empathic and enthusiastic Conflict Resolution Coach, Mediator and Trainer, Antonia is equipped with extensive international and multicultural experience acquired during her many years in Asia and the Middle East . She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Accredited in the UK with the TCM group and a member of professional bodies BIMA and The Hive. She has furthered her knowledge of interfaith issues through BIMA’s training on Faith Related Disputes. See more

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Mediators Institute de Ireland, Brendan’s passionate interest in mediation saw him achieve 1st place in the very first postgraduate Diploma in Mediation Studies in University College Dublin in 1999-2000. He was the first Registrar for the Workplace Mediation sector in the Mediators Institute of Ireland , putting in place a route for mediator assessment and qualification for the sector. See more
