At Early Dispute Resolution Hub (EDR Hub) we recognise that disagreements are part of daily life, they should be expected, in fact, they are healthy once they are managed properly.
Our emphasis is on training people in the handling of those disagreements. An early intervention in a dispute gives the individuals a chance to communicate about the issues before the parties become entrenched and communication stops.
